Terms & Conditions

Payment is made at the time of booking. In the event of a cancellation we will return the cost in full until 7 days before arrival. Cancellation from 7 days before arrival is non-refundable.

The price excludes Tax de Sejour, which is an additional 2% per person per night. This amount must be paid at the property upon arrival.

Any damages must be paid for.

You can check in anytime after 16.00hrs on the day of arrival. Check out is before 10am on the day of departure.

Pets are not accepted.

Both the Apartment and the Studio are for max 2 people only.

Please leave the property in a clean condition.

Please notify us if anything does not work.

The property is non smoking. It is permissable to smoke outside on the gravel area. Please use the glass pots provided for your dead cigarettes. Please dispose of your used cigarettes and clean the pot provided before you leave. Do not smoke in the garden, especially important in the dry hot months. Do not smoke inside the rentals.

The owners are not responsible for any circumstances beyond their control ( for example power cuts or the temporary break down of any equipment). We will take all reasonable steps to rectify any temporary breakdown of equipment.

You will be asked to provide the name, address, phone number and email address of the lead person making the reservation.

You will be asked for online proof of identity when making a booking for which you will need an identity document such as passport or id card. A link will be sent to your email which will allow you to identify yourself via a third-party service called Stripe Identity.
